How do I become a Rocky River Hemp retail partner?

To access our wholesale CBD and THC portal, simply click the “Wholesale Portal” link in our top menu and complete the registration form. You will need a your store location, name and a Tax ID. Once verified, you’ll gain instant access to our bulk pricing and NO minimum order quantities.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?

We have NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY.  We understand that you need to find which products are a good fit in your shop, and so we don’t want to burden you with too much stock until you find what sells through.  You can start small and grow to what works for you.

Where is your hemp grown and processed?

We are a true farm-to-retail operation. Every product in our wholesale catalog (except for Sweltzer, which has to use Water Soluable Hemp-Derived THC and CBD) is made from hemp grown on our veteran-owned farm in Chatham County, NC. We grow using only organic inputs, and take care of our land and water.  We manage the drying, curing, and extraction processes, and create all of our products in small batches, ourselves, to ensure the highest quality control that “middleman” distributors simply can’t offer.

Are your products 2018 Farm Bill compliant?

Yes. All Rocky River Hemp products—including our Delta-9 THC gummies and SWELTZER beverages—contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them 100% legal to sell under current federal and North Carolina state law.

Do you provide third-party lab results (COAs)?

Transparency is our priority. Every product has a Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Your customers can also scan the QR code on any SWELTZER can or gummy bag to view the lab results, verifying potency.
