Last week I had the opportunity to visit with Andrew Stuckey at 97.9FM The Hill in Chapel Hill, which is online at ChapelBoro.com.  We are partnered with them for some advertising, and love what they do there.  They are also are the station that plays the University of North Carolina Basketball games, including that INSTANT CLASSIC game this weekend the the Heels won at the buzzer with a 3 point shot from Senior guard Seth Trimble, but I digress.

I just want to thank Andrew for putting together a great list of questions (I did not give them to him to ask me!) and having insightful follow up questions to get good answers out of me.  It was my first radio interview, but when I start talking about full spectrum CBD, legal THC, current North Carolina cannabis laws, the future of our business should a law not be passed allowing us to continue, etc I get going and I had to try and keep my answers short.

It’s hard because all of these issues go deep, especially the looming hemp ban.  Since the language essentially banning the entire United States hemp industry was thrust into the bill to reopen the federal government in late 2025 goes into effect this Novemeber, if there is no bill passed to either properly regulate, or extend the deadline to come up with sensible regulations, we will be out of business.
